Along with an established population, the exciting development of the surrounding area is attracting new families. The new Chelsea Apartments anticipates 1500 residents,  Hill Top at Falls Ridge has planned 128 town homes ranging in price from $300-700,000 along side 125 existing units in Falls Ridge, all within blocks of the Marketplace. The Marketplace at East Falls provides off-street fenced parking for over 150 cars. The Marketplace is ADA accessible. There are two (2) existing loading docks with more planned for the future.
